Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a firm grasp of logistics flows, and wants to grow into a leadership role? We are currently seeking an experienced warehouse operative who, in the long run, aims to take the next step and assume the role of Warehouse Manager.

About the role

As a warehouse operative with us, you will become a key player in our daily operations. You will work with the entire chain – from receiving goods to ensuring the right product reaches the customer on time. For the right person, this position represents a clear development journey where you will gradually take on more responsibility, eventually leading and optimizing the work in the warehouse.

Your main responsibilities:

• Goods Receipt: Control and reporting of incoming deliveries.

• Picking & Packing: Efficient handling of customer orders.

• Order Management & Transport Booking: Administration in business systems and contact with transport companies.

• Inventory Management: Stocktaking and optimization of warehouse locations.

• Forklift Operation: Daily use of reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is self-reliant, meticulous, and has a natural sense of order. Since the goal is for you to become the person in charge, we appreciate a problem-solving attitude and the ability to see "the big picture".

Requirements for the position:

• Experience: You have previously worked in a warehouse and are familiar with all aspects of logistics.

• System Skills: You have good knowledge of the business system Monitor.

• Certification: You hold a forklift license and have good experience operating reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts.

• Language: You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written (for transport booking and documentation).
